South West: Paul Biya appoints new Prefects

The South West region is the victim of several kidnappings and regular attacks

Paul Biya today appointed new prefects in the Southwest region. Thus, we have, the appointment of two new prefects in Lebialem and Ndian, as well as new sub - prefects in some districts of these departments.
