60 days after his arrest, Ayuk Tabe can not be found
Since his arrest, no news or image of him
Sixty days and still no news of secessionist leader Sisiku Ayuk Tabe, extradited to Cameroon on January 26. The national and foreign media have announced that he and about 30 others arrested on January 5 in Abuja, are being held at the State Secretariat for Defense (Sed). Nothing to date confirms this information. This is especially so since in the Communication Division of the Ministry of Defense, it is not considered necessary to disclose their place of detention.
"I do not have the right to talk about a person in custody. Speak to the government commissioner. In all countries of the world, education is sacred and communication opportunities declined by the government commissioner, "said Colonel Didier Badjeck, head of this department.
A spokesman for the army, who was contacted a month ago about the detention of Sisiku Ayuk Tabe, said that it had already been presented to the commissioner of the government of the Yaoundé Military Tribunal, and that he had served to Ayuk Tabe his pre-trial detention. The government commissioner says he is not. Sisiku remains in the hands of the police, who continue the investigations. It is at the end of these investigations that Ayuk Tabe will be presented to him. Without providing details of their present fate, Colonel Didier Badjeck then assured that arrangements were being made to secure the rights of Ayuk Tabe and his companions as detainees. This clarification is the entirety of what is known, or is willing to say, the Minister of Communication, government spokesman Issa Tchiroma Bakary. "I do not have the details of their fate right now. But, you can be sure that all their rights are respected. Their rights to health, visits, and all those provided by Cameroonian law are guaranteed, "says Issa Tchiroma Bakary.

Still no trace of Ayuk Tabe
Until March 5, relatives of the first named president of the imaginary state of Ambazonia have not yet access to him. Mr. Agbor Balla indicated that, despite all their initiatives, he and three other lawyers - including Mr. Assira and Mr. Bernad Muna - had not yet been able to speak to the one they must defend. At the beginning of February, they complained about the lack of cooperation from security forces who had not allowed them to see Ayuk Tabe and his companions. The wife of the English-speaking leader had also expressed her concern about the fate of the English-speaking leader. In a note largely taken by the Cameroonian media Lilian Ayuk Tabe had asked the government to send him a video to prove that her husband is still alive.
