The financial means to pay for the correctors are not available. Yet it has been three weeks since the teachers have completed the correction of the candidates' copies. 

According to the daily Le Jour edition of July 11, 2017, the results of the Baccalauréat (Bacc) session 2017 are currently blocked. Yet it has been three weeks since the proofreaders have finished their work. But they still have not received their payment. 

The newspaper reported that "on July 11, 2017, the presidents of the juries and the examiners of the Baccalaureate were to meet in the different centers according to the schedule of examinations and competitions of the school year 2016-2017. 

However, this has not been done. Yet they had to do so to proceed with the deliberations leading to the proclamation of the results. The latter were in desperate expectation of the communiqué of Zacharie Mbatsogo the Director of the Office of the Baccalaureate (Obc).

A teacher of history met by the newspaper says that "for several days the teachers await the communiqué of the Director of the Office of the baccalaureate. This was not done at the 1 pm and 5 pm newspapers. This phenomenon is not new! In recent years, Obc has not been able to meet its commitments. Teachers must always be hobbled! They have to fight to get the cost of corrections. " 

As for the Ministry of Secondary Education (Minesec), the newspaper reported that a reliable source explains the decayed situation by the fact that funds for deliberations have not yet been released. 

"Cameroon has financial problems; It's not the Director of Obc's fault, "she adds. The Director of Obc joined the phone by the daily not wanting to react on the subject, said not to understand. "Relaunched several times, he did not wish to take his phone," writes the paper.
