Buea Murder Case Takes a New Twist: Suspect Apprehended By Municipal Police
Ekale Adele is a name that has come to the knowledge of many Buea inhabitants today, but to a lamentable end
Adele was found dead around their Bakweri town residence on Tuesday June 27th 2017 in Buea, South West Region of Cameroon.
Top of the hour information in circulation over social media is that the Buea Council Municipal Police has apprehended a prime suspect by name Ahmele.
According to reports, he was stoped around the muea market area at about 2pm, and he put up a barren attempt to escape. The municipal police boys took him for further questioning, saving him from mob justice.
Murder suspect after apprehension
Ahmele claims Ekale’s death was an accident and not premeditated. He further stressed that he tried to put the situation under control (cardiac arrest) but to no avail.
In the midst of the confusion Sunday night June 25th, he had to abandon the corpse in a nearby bush and flee for his safe.
Ekalle Adele Elise was a final-year Linguistic student in the University of Buea was pronounced missing on Monday morning.
The lass will be greatly missed by family and friends, especially her friend with whom she played basketball.
Her former coach, Emile Mbella of the “Volcanic Warriors” and regional president of basketball for the South West in reaction said “It is very poor. It is a great loss and quite unfortunate for us,”
What ever the case, Ekale Adel’s chapter has ended on earth. All eyes to the suspect as more questions pop up surrounding what really happened that night
